Derby's Concord Platinum DE razor blades are made at the same factory in Istanbul as Derby's other razor blades.
This edition is made of stainless steel. Concord has a quadruple coating of chromium-ceramic-platinum tungsten and polymer.
The razor blades get really good feedback on various Razor forums. They provide a super smooth shave for the vast majority.

The razor blades are very thin and delicate. Derby therefore recommends shaking your razor after use, rather than wiping the razor blades clean with a towel. That way you avoid removing the coating.
