Your bonus is generated when your order is shipped from the warehouse, and it is only after the package is shipped and payment is collected that the earned bonus amount will appear under the “Loyalty Club” section.
When you shop, the accumulated bonus will appear as a line item at checkout, and you can choose to apply it there.
Your bonus is generated every time the order in question is shipped from the warehouse. It is therefore only when the package has been sent and the payment withdrawn that the earned bonus amount will appear under "Loyalty Club".
The saved bonus appears as a line in checkout and here you can choose to use it in connection with the next order.
